CPA®:18 – Global's Core Investment Strategy

CPA®:18 – Global seeks to acquire properties through long-term net leased asset acquisitions and lease the properties back to the tenant companies primarily on a long-term, triple-net basis. This process is known as sale-leaseback financing.

Sale-Leaseback April 2013

Sale-leaseback transactions provide the tenant company with a source of capital that is an alternative to other financing sources such as corporate borrowing, mortgaging real property or selling shares of common stock.

There is no guarantee that these objectives will be achieved.
